Mobile Carriers (GCC-Wide)
Good news — one set of codes works everywhere. Every major GCC carrier runs on the international GSM standard, so the same forwarding codes work whether you're on stc, Mobily, Zain, e&, du, Ooredoo, Vodafone Qatar, Batelco, Omantel, or Asiacell. Just dial the code below on your phone's keypad.
Two ways to forward: Unconditional sends every call straight to Halla AI — your phone never rings. Conditional only forwards when you don't pick up, your line is busy, or your phone is off — your phone rings first. Most businesses prefer conditional so they can still answer personally when available.
Unconditional — forward every call
Activate: Dial *21* followed by your Halla AI number, then #
Example: *21*971XXXXXXXX#
Cancel: Dial #21#
Conditional — forward only when you miss it
Busy
*67*number# activate
#67# cancel
No Answer
*61*number# activate
#61# cancel
Unreachable
*62*number# activate
#62# cancel
Tip: ##002# cancels all conditional forwarding at once.
Codes can vary slightly by device, plan, or roaming status. If a code doesn't activate, contact your carrier's support line or check their app — most GCC carriers also let you manage forwarding from their official mobile app.
Business VoIP or PBX System
If your business uses a cloud phone system or PBX rather than individual mobile lines, forwarding is configured in your provider's admin portal rather than with a dial code:
- Log in to your phone system's admin portal
- Find the call handling or forwarding settings for the number you want to connect
- Add your Halla AI number as a forwarding destination
- Choose unconditional (always forward) or conditional (forward when unanswered/busy) depending on how you want calls handled
- If conditional, set a ring time before forwarding (10–15 seconds is typical)
- Save changes and test with a call to your business number
Exact menu names vary by provider. If you're not sure where this setting lives, our support team can walk you through your specific system.
